This sector of the development consists of one water intake, one section of penstock and one powerhouse.

P1C water intake is situated at an altitude of 1.198,00 meters above sea level and it was designed to take over an installed flow of 1,50 m3/s.

The penstock is made out of GRP with a diameter of 900 mm and a total length of 3.060 m.

MHC C2 power plant is situated at an altitude of 1.015,27 meters above sea level and it is equipped with a Pelton turbine, which was dimensioned for an installed flow of 1,50 m3/s and a total head of 182,73 m. The equipment was designed to develop an installed power of about 2,09 MW and it will produce energy of about 8.569 MWh/year.
