This sector of the development consists of one water intake, one section of penstock and one powerhouse.

P2C water intake is situated at an altitude of 1.171,20 meters above sea level and it was designed to take over an installed flow of 1,40 m3/s.

The penstock is made out of GRP with a diameter of 1.000 mm and a total length of 4.325 m.

MHC C1 power plant is situated at an altitude of 1.028,82 meters above sea level and it is equipped with a Pelton turbine, which was dimensioned for an installed flow of 1,40 m3/s and a total head of around 142,38 m. The equipment was designed to develop an installed power of about 1,49 MW and it will produce energy of about 6.227 MWh/year.
