Approval/Authorization

The phase before requiring an Urbanism Certificate, implies obtaining the viewpoint of the territorial administrative authority to which belongs the future project.

Until the Building Permit, the beneficiary must obtain all permits, agreements and the lands where the works will be located, and other approvals required by the Certificate of Urban Planning, as follows:

  • Water Management Notification/Approval Permit
  • Environmental Approval
  • Site Approval issued by Electrica
  • Notice of the City Hall
  • Public Health Approval
  • Approval of the Emergency Situation Inspectorate
  • National Defense Approval
  • Romsilva / Forest Department Approval
  • National Roads / County / Municipal / Forest Approval
  • Local Council Decision approving the investment
  • Technical documentation for obtaining The Building Permit

Besides those listed above, the issuer of the Certificate of Urbanism may request, supplementary, other approvals or agreements.

The execution of construction works is permitted only on the basis of the building permit or the demolition permit, issued under the law.

In order the finalized development to have the operating license, the beneficiary must obtain from the competent authorities the following authorizations:

  • Water Management Permit
  • Environmental Permit
  • ANRE License and Permit
