Construction behavior surveillance

It is required that the holders of hydropower developments to survey constructions behavior, based on specialized projects according the law and which are parts of a quality system in construction.

Construction behavior surveillance is a systematic activity of collecting, recording and recovering specific data and information. It results from direct observations and measurements of parameters which define the status and evolution of the buildings safety in relation to the actions to which they are subject.

The main objective of construction behavior surveillance is to assess the technical condition of their entire period of its existence.
