Symposium “The development of hydropower projects in Romania” Cluj-Napoca, 16th June 2011

The companies 4C Project Consulting and Global Hydro Energy have organized the symposium entitled "The developments of hydropower projects in Romania" where approximately 50 people interested in this field have taken part. There were presented the investment opportunities in hydropower developments, legislation in the field, analysis of the offers regarding the hydropower groups, design solutions and equipment of hydropower developments, the production of the equipment and also solutions for financing these investments.

The presentations were held by the manager of the company 4C Project Consulting – engineer Calin Bohus, general manager of Global Hydro Energy Austria - engineer Marius Hager, Area Sales Manager of Global Hydro Energy Austria - economist Thomas Sageder, the manager of Hidroconsult Bucharest – engineer Virgil Dadu, Department Manager of Raiffeisen Bank Romania - Mirela Musat, Manager of Raiffeisen Bank Austria - Gunther Geieregger.

The event took place during one day, facilitating the group discussions and also, individual, so that the participants would be properly informed and they could receive answers to their questions in this area.

By developing this symposium, the organizers aimed to inform the potential investors, to encourage the investment in this area and the use of renewable energy sources.
