Feasibility studies
The feasibility study precedes the technical development and implementation of the investment. For reasons of limiting the costs to elaborate technical and economic documentation for projects, the feasibility study may be preceded by the pre-feasibility study.
Pre-feasibility study is developed to highlight the need and opportunity of the investment, including technical and economic scenarios through which the investment project objectives can be achieved. It also includes an estimated cost of the investment.
The feasibility study contains the necessary information for the technical and financial evaluation of the project, including financial indicators, respectively, cost-benefit analysis and the definition of the possible options to achieve the objective of investing and concluding by choosing the optimal solution. Its purpose is to reflect the viability of the project and provide an overview of the future investments.
